Grimes, ex-girlfriend of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, says that Meta Platforms Inc META CEO Mark Zuckerberg is not the person who runs the virtual world.
On Friday, August 26, she tweeted that Zuckerberg was “not right” to launch the Metaverse.
Claire Boucher, Canadian musician Grimes, expressed concern that Zuckerberg was watching the virtual world.
She also made fun of Zuckerberg’s Metaverse avatar and said, “That’s bad art” and even indie games look better than that.

Last year, Grimes launched a series of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) called the WarNympth Collection. These 10 NFTs brought in over $5.8 million and sold out in less than 20 minutes.
